Stock vs Assignment
It is usually more expensive to hire a photographer on assignment to shoot
new work than to license stock imagery, especially if the intended usage of
the new work is limited to a single image or for a specific low volume use
or if only an image with a certain mood or non-specific subject is needed.
Therefore, I am offering the images on this site for a flat-fee or low royalty
rate to meet your business needs, like:
Electronic Uses (electronic greeting cards, web sites, web adverts, banner ads, kiosks, PowerPoint presentations, multimedia, film & video) or
Print Uses (resale products like, greeting cards, T-Shirts, mugs, calendars, postcards, posters, board games and puzzles; phone & credit cards; CD, cassette & book covers; print media like, magazines, newspapers, editorials, catalogues, brochures, reports; and product packaging).
However, if you need broad usage (a combination of those uses listed above or for repeated use or over a long period of time) and/or specific photographic coverage (like 40 images of employees, architecture, and equipment for an annual report), then I am available for assignment. You may want to visit my commercial web site: www.MichaelKoernerPhotography.com.
Observe my Copyrights
Please help me protect my hard work and creative ideas. If, for example, someone
buys a postcard with one of my images on it, they are buying the postcard
because of the "Michael Koerner Photography" image. It is the image
that is creating, or contributing to, the value of the item being sold.
Therefore, visitors are NOT invited to download images from this or my other web sites. Images are not meant, nor are they licensed, for use in a manner where they are an important aspect of an item for resale, in electronic or other form, without first obtaining advanced written permission from Michael Koerner Photography and providing appropriate compensation.
However, if you have a non-commercial need for my images, please contact
me for permission. I will usually grant limited permission to use my images
where there is no intent for commercial gain.
